MLT CARE (Caring For Your Individual Needs).
My Mission
My life is a vibrant tapestry woven with the threads of family, community, and a passion for learning. For the past seven years, I've had the joy of being a devoted wife, and our family has grown to include two wonderful children who bring endless laughter and love into our home. My academic journey led me to Bangor University, where I proudly earned two degrees, shaping my understanding and approach to the world. Professionally, I've dedicated myself to roles in both education and care, finding immense fulfillment in nurturing and supporting others. Our roots are firmly planted in the charming small village of Gaerwen on Anglesey, a place we cherish. When I'm not busy with family or work, you'll often find me in the kitchen, indulging my favorite hobby: baking. There's something truly special about creating delicious treats from scratch!
The decision to embark on my own independent support worker journey wasn't just a professional one; it was deeply personal. After years dedicated to education and care, I recognized a profound desire for a work-life balance that would allow me to fully embrace my roles as a wife and mother here in Gaerwen, while continuing to serve my community. I saw an opportunity to channel my honed skills – from clear communication and active listening to problem-solving and empathetic support – into a business built on integrity and non-judgmental care. This venture allows me to create truly positive relationships with families, adhering to the highest codes of conduct and offering the dedicated, patient support I believe everyone deserves, all while having the flexibility to be present for my own family.
My approach to support work is distinctly personal, setting me apart from larger, more impersonal companies. While companies often operate with rotating rosters and a more standardized service model, my independent business is founded on continuity and genuine relationship building. Clients choose me because they get to work with the same dedicated, empathetic, and non-judgmental individual every time – someone who truly gets to know them and their family. This consistent presence fosters deeper trust and understanding, allowing for a more tailored, flexible, and responsive service that truly adapts to evolving needs, rather than being constrained by rigid company protocols. My extensive background in education and care, coupled with a passion for baking that speaks to nurturing and personal connection, ensures a level of dedicated, skilled support that prioritizes individual well-being above all else. With me, you're not just a client; you're part of a partnership built on mutual respect and a shared commitment to creating the best possible life.
